At Net Pharmacy, we strive to ensure your health and wellness needs are met with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original shipping box, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship to Pharmacy

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our pharmacy team inspects the returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
