Metagenics Omega Care for Kids contains natural source of essential omega-3 oils.
Omega-3 has been shown to or may:
- Assist normal development in young children.
- Provides EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids.
- Unsweetened fruity flavour fish oil for optimal compliance.
Directions
Shake well before use. Mix into juice or water, or take directly off the spoon.
Children 0 to 2 years old: Take ½ metric teaspoon (2.5 mL) once daily.
Children 2 to 5 years old: Take 1 metric teaspoon (5.0 mL) once daily.
Children 5 to 12 years old: Take 1 metric teaspoon (5.0 mL) twice daily.
